From animation and arthouse cinema to Hollywood blockbusters, AI-generated content and reality TV, our lives are filled with media that shape how we see and act in the world. The Bachelor’s in Media and Culture puts this changing global media landscape centre stage. In the first year, you gain a broad foundation in the histories, theories and cultures of media. In the second and third years, you choose between two specialised tracks: Film Studies or Television and Cross-Media Culture. You will develop a strong foundation for further academic study, while creative assignments and varied forms of assessment also help you gain practical experience relevant to work in the media and cultural sector.
